TS Galaxy shared the spoils with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila at Thohoyandou Stadium in the DSTV Premiership clash this afternoon.
The two sides played out to a 1-1 stalemate in a highly contested encounter. TS Galaxy dominated the first half as they created better goal scoring opportunities. Tshegofatso Nyama was instrumental. He was menacing and asking all sorts of questions.
The only missing puzzle for Galaxy in the first half was the killer instict in the final third. But the goal finally came at the critical phase of the game.
Veteran defender, Bevan Fransman headed Galaxy in to the lead with a thumping header.
Lindokuhle Mbatha delivered an exquisite cross from the left and side in to the path of Fransman who finished with aplomb in the 46th minutes.
Given Msimango also missed a glorious opportunity at the start of the match. Mbatha was the provider again but Washington Arubi showed a great sense of anticipation to deny the diminutive defender.
Mogakolodi Ngele restored parity for TTM in the 54th minutes. It was another header. He was pinpointed by Meshack Maphangule from a corner kick on the left and side.
Coach, Dan Malesela made changes in search of the winner in the second half. He introduced Reneilwe Letsholonyane, Shaun Mogaila and Mlungisi Mbunjana. Malesela sacrificed Sanele Barns, Nation Ndlovu and Nyama.
TTM came back invigorated after the interval. Wensten Van Der Linde walked away with a man of the match gong. He denied Ngele with a spectacular save towards the end of the match.
