23 August 2020 – TS Galaxy FC head coach, Mabhuti Khenyeza said the club would be going for the kill in their remaining three fixtures of the 2019/20 GladAfrica Championship season.
The Rockets have collected five out of a possible nine points in their last three matches with their most recent being a hard fought 2-2 draw after being two goals down against Cape Umoya United FC.
Up next for the Rockets will be the unpredictable Richards Bay FC who also come off a 1-1 draw in a midweek fixture against Mbombela United.
Khenyeza, who has hit the ground running was speaking through the Club digital platforms earlier this week made his intentions clear that the club is targeting all nine points to finish the season on a high.
“Everyone in the team knows and I have been very direct that whenever we enter the field, we play to win. You can never predict football, but we channel all our efforts to win. We are always playing and fighting to win. We are an attacking team and if the opposition has got answers then let them give us answers to our attack” said a confident Khenyeza.
Galaxy currently boast the youngest squad in the Glad Africa Championship with the most recent debutant, being 18-year-old Ethan Brooks who made his debut for the reigning Nedbank Cup champions in the 2-2 draw against Cape Umoya.
Kick-Off at the Tuks Stadium against United this afternoon will be at 15h00.
