Rockets resume GladAfrica Championship against Richards Bay

19 November 2019 – Following a week long FIFA break, the Rockets will resume their GladAfrica Championship campaign with an exciting, but tricky encounter against eighth placed Richards Bay FC.

The midweek fixture is set to take place at TS Galaxy’s home ground at Kameelrivier Stadium where they will be hoping to re-establish their turf as a happy hunting ground following their 2-2 draw against Royal Eagles a fortnight ago.

Currently occupying 11th spot with three games in hand, coach Dan Malesela’s men will be targeting all three points against Richards Bay, who are also licking their wounds following a 1-0 defeat to Moroka Swallows before the FIFA break.

The Rockets on the other hand will be looking at burying all their chances, which has been somewhat of a weakness in their last few encounters.

A win for the Rockets will certainly be a huge morale booster as they continue their quest for promotion into the Premier League.

Galaxy will be without the services of goalkeeper Ezekiel Morake as well as Mosha Gaolaolwe who are both in Botswana on national team duty.

Kick Off for the Wednesday match will be at 15h30.
